Items made of goat down should not be washed before their first use. They are not ordinary items and are rarely washed, but if they do need to be washed, then?!

PLEASE NOTE!

HAND WASH ONLY or dry clean!

Hand wash in warm (NOT HOT (!)) water (86°-95°F (30°-35°C)).
Hand wash with shampoo or mild soap, press gently (do not wring) to remove excess water, and lay flat to dry.

Items must not be dried on a clothesline! Doing so will cause them to lose their shape.

Items made of goat down should only be ironed through a cloth.

Keep away from moths and store in a plastic bag! Keep away from zippers on clothing.

DO COLORED ITEMS LOSE THEIR COLOR AFTER WASHING?

No, colored products in our range do not lose their color after washing, but like any other colored product, a scarf or other colored product from our range may fade slightly after several washes. This is completely normal.

HOW TO PREVENT ITEMS MADE OF GOAT DOWN/GOAT FUR FROM SHRINKING AFTER WASHING?

After washing, lay the wet scarf flat and stretch it with safety pins (if it is a scarf, you must insert one into each triangular "tooth" along the edges of the scarf) to bring it into perfect shape.
It is best to do this on a rug to avoid damaging the floor.
You can also use a special frame for such items (4 long wooden rods (with nails) attached to each other).

I am also sure that there are many dry cleaners who will be happy to do this for you for a small fee.

(!) But in general, as I have already mentioned, such handicrafts should rarely be washed.
